Shipping & Returns

Your purchased items are shipped via the United States Post Office unless otherwise stated. The selection you make at checkout is the option we use to send your products. Your items are packaged, labeled and shipped within two days of the transaction approval. Basically your order arrives to you if you are in the continental U.S. within 4-6 days.

We use First Class shipping and all packages are mailed from our location in New Jersey. If you are wondering about your order let us know. We will track your order.

Logging into your account will show you what items you ordered for your own records. We aim to please and there is seldom a problem with shipping. Your order will include an invoice of the order which you can check against your account to verify your order.

As far as Returns - any product that is delivered to you damaged is replaced at our expense. There are no refunds for returned products only an exchange for a damaged item. Email us if you have a question about a return, We're here to help.
